By accessing or using Agency OS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Agency OS is a media review and AI workflow platform designed for creative agencies. The Platform provides tools for campaign management, media review, team collaboration, pipeline tracking, and related services.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agency OS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agency OS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
